Twin Waters celebrates its coming of age

The Twin Waters community celebrated its 21st birthday at a party in the park on Sunday 5th November and Living Choice and some of its residents were proud supporters.

Living Choice has been an integral part of the Twin Waters community since the village welcomed its first residents in 2003. It has hosted bowls days for Twin Waters Residents’ Association (TWRA) members, has provided a meeting place for the Neighbourhood Watch and has donated many hampers for various TWRA fundraising raffles. The village’s woodworkers also made a beautiful nativity scene for the annual TWRA Christmas Carols concert.

The celebration was a wonderful family-friendly celebration, with plenty for the children to enjoy, including getting up close to farm animals, face-painting, free ice-creams donated by Novotel Twin Waters resort, a jumping castle and kayaking on the lake.

Entertainment was provided by The Jazz Factory and there was a sausage sizzle, cake stall, coffee van and soft drinks sold by Mudjimba Surf Lifesaving Club. There was also a plants stall and displays by Estia Health, Oz Harvest, the View Club  and Neighbourhood Watch. Happy 21st Twin Waters!
