A lasting impression
After Mum passed away suddenly last year, Dad needed to move somewhere closer to the family. A friend recommended we look at Leisure Lea Gardens at Marsfield and after the first tour we were convinced that this was the place for Dad. As Dad was in hospital at the time, the SL unit we liked was put on hold for us until he was well enough to inspect it for himself. We were all impressed with the warm and caring atmosphere as well as the facilities available.
We as his family were happy to know that Dad would have meals, housekeeping, company and 24Hr emergency assistance. The friendly and helpful staff and residents gave us the confidence that the transition to retirement village living would be stress-free and successful. Dad has been a resident now for 9 months and we are pleased that the first impression of a wonderful village has proven to be a lasting one.
