A second information session on the proposed Living Choice village at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club was held at the club on 5th December and attracted more than 60 club members and nearby residents. The first information session was held on 13th November and was attended by more than 100 interested people, many of whom have expressed an interest in securing a home at the village, which will be the first integrated golf course retirement village in South Australia.
Living Choice Director, Ian Tregoning, Head Designer Craig Eyles and General Manager, Jason Sack, outlined their vision for the exciting development which will include both two and three-bedroom villas and a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments overlooking the golf course.
They also unveiled plans for a significantly upgraded clubhouse which will not only enhance the reputation of the club, but will add many new facilities for the benefit of the whole community. These include a gymnasium, indoor heated pool, billiards, hairdressing salon, surround sound cinema, golf simulators, library, juniors’ lounge and a refurbished restaurant and bar area.
Jason Sack said Living Choice would continue to engage with the local community to deliver the best outcome for club members, residents and businesses in the surrounding area. Although an agreement has been signed with the club, the development is subject to all the necessary approvals.
