With only 42 homes, Living Choice Deepwater Court in Woy Woy is a small, friendly, fully Accredited village that is very much in demand. Residents just love the sense of belonging that comes from living in a small, closely knit community and the peace of mind of knowing that all gardening and maintenance is taken care of.

Despite its small size, the pet-friendly village has excellent community facilities and is also very conveniently situated, within walking distance of Deepwater Plaza and its wide range of shops, including Coles and Kmart.

You may have to pay a departure fee when you leave this village which may impact on the capital gains received when leaving the village.
