Open Day attracts big crowd to Living Choice Woodcroft

Forty-one degree heat did not deter the more than 100 people keen to inspect the new homes unveiled at Living Choice Woodcroft on Friday 10th February. They received a warm welcome from the large group of Resident Ambassadors, who worked hard throughout the day, ferrying visitors around the village, showing them the display homes and serving them Morning Tea.

Six new homes and one resale home were open for viewing, ranging from two to three bedrooms, and all were air-conditioned, providing much-needed relief from the stifling heat outside. There were favourable comments about the quality of the inclusions and fittings as well as the new settlement incentives, valued at $12,000, for those who move in by 30th June 2017.

The settlement incentives include window treatments, a TV, 1.5kw solar system and credit towards removalist costs and levies. Living Choice will also pay 100% of marketing costs for clients who list with one of its Preferred Real Estate Agencies.

Sales consultant, Katherine Stacey, was pleased with the response to the Open Day. “A deposit was taken on the day, followed by a second deposit a few days later and I’ve been run off my feet with further tours. I also have several appointments booked in the next few days, with clients who would like a second viewing.”

All those who registered on the day went into a draw to win a gourmet hamper and the winner was Rossilyn Higgins of Parkholme.
