New Central Coast office nears completion

After many years of planning, the Central Coast will soon have a centralised NSW Headquarters for senior Living Choice Staff, Central Coast Sales and NSW Construction. It will also become the hub for the Living Choice Finance Team as well as accommodating Broadwater Court’s Village Staff.

The impressive, state-of-the-art building is located on Avoca Drive, close to the entrance to Treeview Estate (Stage 1). It was architecturally designed and built by Living Choice’s own in-house teams and with its attractive exterior design and distinctive signage, the building is set to become an icon in the area.

Tim Bentley, General Manager NSW Central Coast & QLD, said having all the sales, village, construction and finance staff members in one building would create many efficiencies. “It’s a wonderful milestone for Living Choice too as the building has outstanding exposure on a main road and it will really help to raise our profile on the Central Coast.”

The double-storey building comprises a spacious reception area, client interview room, large boardroom where clients can be treated to “virtual village tours”, offices (both private and open-plan), kitchen, lunch room and ample storage areas.

The offices vacated will create three new Independent Living Units at the village, including Villa 538 at Waterfront Estate.

It is hoped that the final touches to the building will be completed in November and, once the completion certificate is issued, staff members will begin moving to the new location. Until then, the sales consultants will continue to operate from the current sales office at 8 Carrak Road.
