Living Choice Flagstaff Hill plans unveiled

Plans for South Australia’s first integrated golf course retirement village were unveiled at an Information Session attended by more than 100 club members and friends at Flagstaff Hill Golf Club on 13th November. Living Choice director, Graham Hobbs, gave a comprehensive overview of Living Choice’s 9 operational villages, its newly introduced Home Care program and its vision for co-located aged care residences, where possible.

Jason Sack, General Manager SA & Sydney, and Craig Eyles, Head Designer, presented exciting design concepts for Living Choice Flagstaff Hill, including 4 villa plans and 8 apartment plans, all named after renowned golf courses. The 2 and 3-bedroom villas, named St Andrews, Muirfield, Birkdale and Troon, will be of the same high standard as at other Living Choice villages but will boast the latest design features introduced by Living Choice’s architects in recent months.

The 8 apartments, named Augusta, Pine Valley, Cypress Point, Merion, Oakmont, Pebble Beach, Bethpage and Erin Hills, will include 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments overlooking the golf course. Prelminary plans for major clubhouse improvements were also revealed, including an extensive alfresco balcony and many new facilities such as a gymnasium, indoor heated pool, billiards area, hairdressing salon, surround sound cinema, golf simulators, library and juniors’ lounge. The restaurant and bar area will also be significantly upgraded.

A further information session for club members who could not attend, their family and friends will be held on Tuesday 5th December at 7pm. To RSVP, phone Katherine at 1800 502 524 or email sales@livingchoice.com.au

A Community Engagement Program will also be implemented in the new year.
