Generous residents dig deep for cancer

Well, the amazing residents of Living Choice Twin Waters have done it again! Congratulations to all residents who made last Friday’s Biggest Morning Tea for Cancer such a resounding success, raising $4,200.00. This makes a total of $28,293.00 over nine years!

The residents even had their own “Antiques Roadshow” (the dollar stall), ably manned by their own super salesman, Robert Airs. There was enough great food to feed an army, an endless raffle of wonderful prizes donated by residents and local businesses and, of course, the ‘coup de gras’, the auction of Marj Hines’ famous sponge cakes.

Well done to Thelma Richardson and her team plus everyone who helped, donated food, prizes and cash or indeed, just came along and enjoyed themselves by joining in the activities.

This proves yet again what an amazing group of people live at Twin Waters village.
